Contact form submissions. If you use the contact form on this site, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, an optional company name, and your message. We collect this only so we can respond to your inquiry.
We do not store this information in a database. When you submit the form, your message is forwarded directly to our inbox via email delivery, and no copy is retained on our servers.
Automatically collected information. Like all websites, our hosting infrastructure (Cloudflare) may log basic request data such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit. This is standard infrastructure logging. We do not use this data for marketing, profiling, or advertising purposes.
Cookies
Security cookies. We use Cloudflare Turnstile, a bot-protection service, to verify that contact form submissions come from humans. Turnstile sets a cookie as part of this verification. It does not track you across other websites or build a profile of your browsing behavior.
No advertising or analytics cookies. We do not run Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other third-party tracking or advertising technology on this site.
If you use a browser extension to block cookies, the contact form security verification may not function correctly.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide through the contact form solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not add you to a mailing list without your explicit consent, sell your information to third parties, or use it for marketing purposes.
Third Parties
We use the following third-party services to operate this site:
Cloudflare. Our site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages and our contact form is processed by a Cloudflare Worker. Cloudflare handles infrastructure, security, and request routing. Cloudflare's privacy practices are governed by their privacy policy.
Resend. We use Resend to deliver contact form submissions to our inbox. Resend processes the contents of your submission (name, email, and message) for this purpose only. Resend's privacy practices are governed by their privacy policy.
We do not share your information with any other third parties.
Data Retention
We do not retain contact form submissions beyond the email delivered to our inbox. We keep that email for as long as is reasonably necessary for business correspondence and then delete it in accordance with our own housekeeping practices.
Your Rights
If you have submitted a contact form on this site and would like to know what information we hold, request a correction, or ask us to delete it, you can reach us at privacy@fightingforsidewalk.com. We will respond promptly.
Children
This site is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to This Policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the date at the top. We encourage you to review it periodically.
